Chiva gave me sick a few days ago and it suddenly swelled up to crap levels. Trying to get exited for the con but it's tough after the pre-con issues. Want my wrist to get better so I can start lifting again. Need to figure out something to get me motivated to run also. Doing some little art projects that are real fun.
But first I rest and get better again...

Saw two great shows in a row. The Mars Volta on Thursday (first time music took me to a new place) and 3 inches of blood w/ Chiv (pure, unapologetic old school thrash with bonus Blue Oyster Cult cover at the end!).
My ears hate me. I couldn't heat the high end of my electric toothbrush this morning. Thankfully I had ear plugs at Volta or I really would have been hurting today. Now I'm just practicing some songs for this b-day show me and my folks are doing. Should be happening October 24th and I really can't wait to be on stage again.
Trust I'll plug the shit out of it...on facebook.
So there's this FurFright thing coming up and I only sit here hoping shit don't hit the fan. I'm really hoping gentleman to the east of me holds his word. If you do my man I'll have an exceptional time. I got two of my peoples coming along with me too. They wanna see what the hub bub is all about. They'll find a good time and nothing else. Not to mention I'm disenchanted with it all and it'll be nice to have 'em along.
Chiv was here. It was love. She never stays around long enough.

Chiv sleeps. I don't. She's so beautiful when she sleeps. She used to tell me how she used to stare at me when I slept. I thought it was silly until I did it to her. I understand.
How's life? Band is good, shot lots of guns, hurt my wrist AGAIN, got bloodwork done, hung out with my peoples, woooooooorrrrked and now I'm learning illustrator.
It is what it is. Goals? Yes. Say out loud? No. I learned if I say It out loud I don't do it.
